Cat Ford-Coates, Principal Photographer for Studio 828 Photography creates branding headshots for the girls attending the first annual Camp Girlboss here in Asheville.
Camp Girlboss is a summer camp for middle-aged girls teaching leadership and entrepreneurial skills wherein the girls each walk away with not only an amazing experience, but the foundational skills of being an entrepreneur, confidence and developing their integrity as business owners, and the marketing collateral to launch their businesses.
“It was such a fun opportunity to participate and watch each of these girls develop their ideas from “Oh I dont know…” to create tangible business concepts for themselves. Being able to photograph them to help bring out their confidence too was so amazing to watch. I hope to participate on a more in depth level next year too.” - Cat Ford-Coates
Emily Breedlove is not your everyday entrepreneur. In fact, she is more engaged in the entrepreneurial community of western NC than any 4 people could hope to be. She’s what you call “plugged in”. Cat Ford-Coates created her new personal branding campaign at Studio 828 Photography.
Bri is a professional stylist that I’ve worked with on a few occasions in Los Angeles and Italy this year. After following her for a time and then working with her in January I just knew I needed to photograph her. She has this uncanny beauty you just dont find in most women. There’s a spark there.
I absolutely loved photographing her this spring and the portraiture we created…well, I’ll let you decide.
